Sarah lives in Wisconsin with her husband and two daughters.This is her first children’s book, based on her older daughter’s bedtime stalling tactics. Sarah’s inspiration for writing is the creativity and curiosity of her two daughters.Like many parents, Sarah reads a lot of children's books. And, like lots of parents, when her kids are choosing a bedtime book, there are plenty she is secretly hoping her kids won't pick - too many words, no logical plot, or a topic that's going to lead to 100 questions to answer at bedtime. It was one of those nights where she decided to write a book.Sarah has always loved to read. Ever since she started reading chapter books, she has been guilty of always having several books going at once. However, drawing is not her strong suit - don’t pick her for your Pictionary team. That’s why she’s thankful to work with a great illustrator who can bring these stories to life.When not working, responding to requests for “MOM!,” reading, or working on her next book concept, you can find Sarah road biking, spending time outside with her family, or looking up a new recipe.
